Vinegar Mix-Up

This is what happens to pansies when you water them with vinegar.  Yes, I did.

I keep milk jugs full of water/ice in the outside freezer to help it run more efficiently.  As they defrost it becomes apparent which have been cracked or broken because water leaks out.  Anyway, I was dumping the remaining water out of these cracked containers and using it to water plants.  There was a vinegar jug with about an inch of liquid in it sitting with two other leaking jugs so I just used it to water.  As soon as I dumped it I could smell what I had done, but it took several days for the flowers to deteriorate this badly.  *sniff*
