Last night I was supposed to make pork chops & potatoes. When I searched my freezer for the pork chops, I found pork bones instead. Bummer! So I pulled out some meatballs and spaghetti sauce instead. The freezer meal swap saved the day.
And on the plus side, I can use the pork bones to make Stone Soup with the kids. It's coming up in the homeschool curriculum.
This week I am focusing on using up expired food.
