Gluten Free Menu Plan

It's time to start clearing out our freezer.  I try to unplug it annually for a defrost and to give our electric bill a break during the summer.  Usually I start this in April, but things are really frosting up so I'm starting now.

Dinners:
Monday - scrambled eggs/toast
Tuesday - Ham
Wednesday - Pork loin
Thursday - beef stew
Friday - ham bean soup
Saturday - chicken curry
Sunday - smoothies/popcorn

Lunches:
Monday - cucumber/chicken salad
Tuesday - GF mac'n'cheese pie
Wednesday - leftover ham
Thursday - nachos/quesadillas
Friday - pancakes
Saturday - leftovers
Sunday - leftovers
