Raspberry Jam

Yesterday I made raspberry jam.  I'm not feeling good, so the photos will have to speak for themselves.

Flat of raspberries

 mashing 12 cups

Stirring in pectin

Stirring in sugar

Boil lids and seals

Filling jars

12 in the rack

Dropped the rack down
